Allegheny County Jail

If you come from the jail, you will be put in one group holding cell and called to put your street clothes on, then back into a group holding cell and fed breakfast (pint of milk, little styrofoam bowl of cornflakes, and either an apple or an apple fruit juice). Then you are called out of the cell in groups of 12 all items you wish to take with you are to be placed on a table and searched before they are given back to you. The county sherrifs will have you spread against a wall and the will frisk you, you will have ankle shackles put on and you will be hand cuffed together in pairs, then led to the patty wagon and zipped to the old jail. You will be led to a group holding cell and the hand cuffs will be removed, leaving just the ankle cuffs. Then after a little while, you will be called out in groups of 6-10 and hand cuffed in groups again then led over to the court house and put in what they call the Bull-Pen and they remove just the handcuffs. The Bull-Pen is where you will hear it all from crying and concern to anger and lies. When you are called to the court room, you will be called out and this big leather belt is put around your waist that has a pair of hand cuffs hooked to it and then you are cuffed, then a sherrif leads you from behind up the stairs and to the courtroom. Coming back is all the same as coming in, even if your case is dismissed you will wear the cuffs.
